I only work with busy men and women aged over 30. The reason for this is simple…. I GET IT!

Being in my 40’s I get what it’s like to get home after a stressful day at work and cook for the whole family. I get that most days you struggle to find the energy to do the things that YOU want to do, which in turn means you don’t do anything.

So what I do is simple. I share with you a few very simple habits that can help you move more, along with training with you once or twice a week in person, and as a result can help you towards any health & fitness goals you have without spending hours in the gym.

Please note: I do not offer any mindset or nutritional/emotional eating guidance and for a simple reason. There are professional nutritionists out there who are better placed than me to offer this advice. And really finding the route of any long lasting deep issues should be dealt with by a professional in that area. I am a trainer so, that’s what I do….

Andy is a great PT. He takes the time to listen to your goals, and understand the challenges of your personal life, kids, work and then adapts a program suitable for you to succeed with the time commitment available. He pushes you to achieve your maximum potential (always with “3 left in the bank”!) in every part of the session - but listens and will take it steady when you really need it. He has a good amount of chat and encouragement throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a PT/coach.

I attend sessions in Stannington Park and the group are friendly and Andy makes you work to the best of your ability. If you're tempted to go then try it, it's a tough workout but fun.

Completed 6 weeks beginner PT sessions with Andy. In the beginning, I was a very much “allergic to exercise” kind of person and did not have a clue about any exercises or the terminologies surrounding exercises. Andy has eased me into the world of exercises….he is very professional, patient and also persuades me to reach my limits and beyond into the world of exercises. I love the aspect of having an app in which Andy has set personalised exercises, with very clear instructions, for me to completed throughout the week . Andy also advised me with my nutritional intake goals. From being sedentary 6 weeks ago, I am now able to do training 3 times a week from the comfort of my own home. I choose to go with Andy due to the fact that he is mobile and can travel to your own place. He is a great motivator and a genuinely nice person. Andy is a great PT - he helped me to get back to exercise after a long recovery from a C-section. He has a great knowledge and understanding of how to stay healthy using appropriate workout and diet. He is available at any time to support you with your plan and not only during the 1:1 sessions. The part that i appriciated the most was that he would always adapt exercises to me and my needs but would still make sure that they are challenging enough for me to progress. I can't recommend Andy enough.
