I’m Andy, a retired amateur footballer from Sheffield, UK where I used to play 11, 7, 6 and 5 a side amateur football….. a lot, but due to niggling injuries and the nature of my job, I had to retire from the game!

I’m married with 2 kids who probably watches way too much Netflix and football…

I am a Level 3 personal trainer & certified online coach, where I train people in person locally and also online assisting clients from across the UK.

I enjoy helping retired & inactive amateur footballers towards their health & fitness goals, as I understand how difficult this can be, having been there before myself.
