What Happens After The Initial 4 Weeks

The first 4 weeks you will have lost some weight, become more active and started to make changes to your diet, and as a result will be seeing results from this. This for most is just the beginning of the journey. Once you see the initial results (results vary client to client) I’m sure you’ll want to continue with the process to continue the good work made.

If you do, you’ll look to set up a monthly direct debit of £47 where you will receive new workouts every month, along with the continued support through the weekly check ins.

Alternatively, if you are wanting to work on a one on one basis through a 1 hour video personal training session each week, the monthly cost for this will be £117.

About Me 👋

I’m Andy a Level 3 qualified personal trainer & certified online coach from Sheffield, where I used to play a lot of 11, 7, 6 and 5 a side football, but due to niggling injuries, kids and the nature of my job, I had to retire from the game!

I wanted to work with retired amateur footballers as I am one and understand how difficult it can be to keep fitness levels up and weight down once giving up the game. I also know how to remedy this, which is I created this programme.
