As a quick introduction. I’m Andy, a Level 3 qualified, CIMSPA Recognised personal trainer from Sheffield where I specialise in helping people:

I’m fully insured, hold a first aid at work certificate and CRB checked.

Where I differ from some PT’s, I don’t work in a gym, I bring the gym to you. Sessions will be held either at your home, garden or at a local park to you so no need for a gym membership. Alternatively sessions can be held online via Zoom if that’s your preference.

I have been doing Andy’s fitness classes for a few months now and the workouts are never dull he keeps it fresh and interesting week in week out and the group are all friendly and are always kept motivated. The types of work out routines seem to be based around the rule of thumb that it’s about the amount of effort you put in for how hard it is and the results you gain from it. Really great welcoming fitness class. Andy is a fantastic trainer who is encouraging and friendly, he pushes you without being pushy! Being 61 I was a bit apprehensive about contacting Andy to join in the local Group Training sessions. The thought of outdoor exercise really appealed to me. I shouldn’t have worried and have been really enjoying the sessions and can’t believe how my stamina and mobility levels have improved in a few weeks. Andy takes time to check how everybody is feeling and always offers alternative levels for all activities.
